No I dont have an official guide but these were the basic steps:
1.Found a reference image of Shakira
2. Changed the contrast of the image so I can see the really dark areas from the really light ones.
3.Did a basic outline of her on paper
4.Filled in the very dark areas will random lyrics (in marker)
5.Filled in light shadows with lyrics (in pen)
6.The lightest areas I left blank
